FAST FOOD FRIDAY

MORNING EVERYONE
Well all is well today... Doing some laundry and making Grammas sausage rolls for the party tonight.. Have to go to town to pick up the bread as her recipe is made with bread on the outside and not pastry... They are so good... Will post the recipe soon..

SHREDDED

BEEF

TACOS



Buy cooked roast beef slices from your deli
1/2 head lettuce, shred
1-1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1-2 med. tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 sm. can El Pato sauce
1 doz. corn or flour tortillas
Pace Picante Salsa, optional
Add can of El Pato sauce to cooked roast beef in a fry pan with lid and heat thoroughly then shred the beef..
Prepare taco shells to family preference.
Fill bottom with shredded taco flavored beef.
Top with lettuce, cheese and tomato.
May add salsa of your choice.
Well we are having a busy weekend with family and friends. Can't get much better then that.. Hope you all have a great weekend ... Sunday is the first race of the year, think we might just have to get into the 20th century and get ourselves a PVR...do not want to waist Sundays glued to the TV then we can watch when we want..Will have to get our grandson up to show us how it works...
