Well decisions decisions what to do today..I love it here there is so much to do everyday...Could be broke in a week if I shopped everyday so today is a by the pool day. Supposed to be 85 degrees today.. Hooray!!!! We are just all sitting around reading the paper, a book or on the computer...Lazy morning for us all...Was going to go to hockey game tonight but have changed our mind ,we just want to relax all day and night..
1/2 lb. (250 g) lean ground beef, cooked, drained
1 cup pasta sauce
1 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
3 cups cooked spaghetti
1 cup Kraft Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
PREHEAT oven to 350°F . Mix meat and pasta sauce; set aside. Beat eggs and Parmesan cheese in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add pasta; toss to coat.
SPREAD pasta mixture onto bottom and up side of lightly greased 9-inch deep-dish pie plate; top with meat mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
BAKE 20 min. or until mozzarella cheese is melted. Let stand 5 min. Cut into six wedges to serve.
Prevent discoloration of peeled potatoes by adding a few drops of vinegar to water. They will keep fresh for days in fridge.
